Return & Refund Policy

Due to strict contamination protocols, chemical purity standards, and workspace safety benchmarks governing technical supplies, all liquid’s and chemical reagents are strictly final sale and non-refundable once delivered under any circumstance.

Consumable sanitation items, including antiseptic prep pads and sterile wipes, are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery only if they remain 100% unopened, factory-sealed, and in their original packaging.

Non-perishable containment hardware—such as benchtop containers, silicone vial racks, and storage trays—may be returned within 14 days provided items are completely unused, unaltered, and free of residue.

If an order arrives damaged in transit, shows compromised container seals, or contains an incorrect item, the purchaser must notify customer support at bjune7311@gmail.com within 48 hours of carrier delivery with their order number and clear photographic documentation for an immediate replacement or full refund.

Authorized non-defective returns must be dispatched via tracked domestic ground shipping at the buyer's expense, and approved refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days following physical receipt and verification at one of our U.S. facilities.
