Shipping Timelines & Fulfillment
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday are processed and dispatched the same business day. Orders placed over weekends or observed national holidays ship the subsequent business day.
All items are packaged in durable, climate-mitigating insulated mailers with tamper-evident seals to protect chemical integrity during transit. Tracking notifications are emailed immediately upon courier intake.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to hygiene and safety requirements for sanitation, containment, and care products, we cannot accept physical returns of opened or unsealed items once they have left our custody.
If an order arrives damaged in transit or a product doesn't meet our published quality standards, please contact support@refinedascensionlabs.com within 14 days of receipt for immediate batch replacement or full credit.
